We first identify the business objectives of the project and assess the technology requirements.
This part of the process also involves Requirements Gathering, Conceptual Development, Feature Specification and delivery mechanism.
Thereafter we plan the project – whether it is interactive or non interactive. If it is interactive then we plan the structure.
Then we determine the system requirements and work on the “look and feel” incorporating any branding requirements our clients may have. After the development involves significant quality assurance and testing phase. Post this, testing and debugging is finished and final client sign-off is achieved, the project is launched to the masses! |
